Producing high quality beef responsibly, ethically and efficiently for consumers' tables is our overall goal at Sellard Farms. Our beef is consistently graded in the top 25% (or better) with US Premium Beef. We accomplish this through utilizing selective genomic practices and feeding strategies. As a proud conception to consumption and age and sourced verified operation, we retain ownership and care for our cattle for the entirety of their lifespan from the day they are born until they are harvested.
